Option 1: Visit www.CV-Transformer.com and book a demo with one of our specialists. They create an account, an organization and a tailored CV-template for you.
Option 2: Click on "Propose your first candidate" and sign up to CV-Transformer for free. You can now create your own organization, invite unlimited team members, create your own CV-template and start formatting CVs using AI!
Login to your account and go to "layouts". Now you see "+ Layout" in the top right corner. You can create your own CV-template from scratch, or you can choose a CV-template from our library and adjust it to your brand!
Click on "+ Layout" and choose the option "From scratch". You will now enter the layout builder.
Within the layout builder you can create a CV-template that matches all your expectations. You can build a cover page, custom headers and footers, custom sections and more.

Inviting team member to your organization is free and there is no limit in the amount of team members that you can invite to your organization.
To invite a team member you need to be a superuser.
When you are a superuser and you want to invite a team member, you can go to "team" in the menu on the left hand side. Once you're there, you click on "+ Member" and you enter the details of the person that you want to invite. Once you've filled in the information you can click "Invite to organization". Your team member will now receive an email from CV-Transformer (check spam) and they will automatically be directed to your CV-Transformer environment and they are in!
CV-Transformer works on a credit-based model. We offer different credit bundles that you can buy once you're in your account. The smallest bundle is 50 credits and the biggest bundle is 500 credits.

Once logged in, you go the "candidates". Here you'll see a button in the top right corner saying "+ Candidate".
After you've clicked "+ Candidate", you're able to upload a CV. We accept Word documents, PDFs and images. Once your CV is uploaden a little box will appear in the bottom right corner. You can now click the black button with the arrow in it and our AI will format your CV in seconds.
When the CV is transformed, you're able to make some final adjustments and the CV is ready to be sent out to your client(s)!

Option 1: Once you've transformed a CV, you're able to fine-tune it. You can select a piece of text and click "enhance". Now you're able to transform the text into bullet points, to summarize the text and to expand the text using AI.
Option 2: When you always want to use bullet points for your work descriptions, you can add a custom prompt to your settings. Simply go to "settings" and change your default prompt into:
"Fill in all values. Write work experience descriptions as bullet points."
From now on all your work description will automatically be transformed into bullet points when you format a CV.
